Why does Kanye get so much blind hate?

With this whole shitstorm about Kanye being in Time's 100 Most Influential People of 2015, I honestly have to wonder. What is it that makes so many people hate him so much? I get it that he can be a douche. But why is that enough to get people so upset whenever they see him being praised? Like the guy or not, he's shaped music as we know it today. He's constantly pushed pop and hip-hop music into new territories. His records have achieved widespread acclaim, and legends like Paul McCartney, Elton John, and Lou Reed have all given him praise.So I really have to scratch my head when I go into the comments on any Kanye article to see people bashing on him for his achievements. I never even seen any valid criticisms against him. They're usually just something along the lines of "HE'S A STUPID DOUCHE". It makes me a bit sad that the people who refuse to look past the show he puts on for the media are missing out on all the fantastic music he's made.So why does he seem to get so much more hate than other musicians? via http://wapmaxi.com
