Name of a song with whistling in it?

I heard the song on the radio in the UK today and it's a sort of dance/techno song with a male singer and whistling quite a bit in the song. I don't know what radio station it was on or how old the song is, does anyone have any clue? EDIT: Mouth whistle, someone making the sound with their mouth, not a metal or plastic whistle. via http://wapmaxi.com
