Why does every young musician believe they're going to make it 'big'?

I see it on youtube, facebook, insta... every social media: "YO YO YO CHECK OUT MY SONGZ IM A NEW RAPPER TRYING TO MAKE IT"The chances of these kids making money from their 'talent' is so small, why do they try? Do they really believe they're going to be on an A-list level at some point if they keep it up? I think most of these kids would be better served getting a degree and a job. via http://wapmaxi.com
