How to sell an idea for a phone app (cross post Advice)

I have an idea for a mobile phone app. I know nothing about programming or how to set up an app, so I will need to have an outside group to actually take care of the technical portion of it.So, can anyone provide some insight into groups who can help people build, market, and sell their app ideas? Basically what are some reputable companies who won't take my idea and run?
